I really have nothing but great things to say about this place. The food is fresh and you can tell a lot of thought and preparation went into the food. Here's what meal consisted of: I started off with a mimosa (how could I not, it's in the name of the restaurant). It was delicious and refreshing. I had the tropical French toast. It's cinnamon raisin Challah bread topped with fresh strawberry, banana, and pineapple and sprinkled with toasted coconut. I might have died and went to heaven after eating this. Absolutely delightful and one of the most unique French toasts I've ever had. This is an American Eatery that will stand for years to come. Highly recommend it and can't wait to try the eggs bennedict

Great food! I had the frozen mimosa and it was on point! The Spanish omelette was delicious, and my wife had the French toast which she loved. The service was great. The staff was very nice and very attentive! Our server Jessica was originally from niagra falls. She was awesome! Great job guys! I'll be back Greetings from ny!

Wear your elastic shorts and baggy shirt when you eat here! Everything looks amazing and Crab Benedict and Lobster Benedict are the best I've ever had. The portions are large, not large enough to share, but large enough to make you just want to take a nap on the beach before you leave. The ambiance is chill with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The staff is friendly and fast. We love brunch on the beach--- this is the place to have it :)

Asia took amazing care of us. So many establishments today miss that critical piece of the dining experience. They nailed it - entire staff was super attentive, helpful, and kind. The people dining next to us were super polite as well - great service attracts great people. The second piece of the puzzle of course is food. To go along with the exceptional service, the food was delicious. I got the eggs Benedict which for me is the barometer of a solid breakfast/brunch. Poaching eggs isn't easy so if the chef can nail that without me sending it back usually bodes well. It was on point. I got homemade Greek yogurt also as a side portion, which wasn't on the menu actually. Really appreciated how accommodating and reasonable they were. Will definitely be back here next time I'm visiting my parents in west palm. Highly recommend.

Second time here. Salivating as I type. With all the choices on the menu it is so hard to decide. Such a diverse menu. Everything is so fresh here. The Mimosa's, Bellini's, and Bloody Mary's ROCK!! Service is impeccable. We are always greeted with a smile and the wait staff is knowledgable of the selections. They suggest their favorites - I like that. We HIGHLY recommend having breakfast, lunch or brunch here. You will not be disappointed!

There are a lot of cafes and diners tucked into the endless avenues of strip malls that is JOG/Powerline Road. This one, with a bit of Greek flair, is AOK, as far as I'm concerned but not amazing. They certainly don't have to worry about my shiny two as they have captured the senior audience from the many retirement communities around this area. The ambience is okay. Something above TooJays and below Henry's. Service is adequate. Our waiter proved that the prefix "wait" is the key word here. He took about 10 minutes to find us from when we were seated. Food is served by the B-team but he didn't come back until we were nearly done and all of us were looking for tea refills like camels in the Sahara. The menu has a lot of interesting choices. What is delivered is built for "abbondanza" that big, eye-appeal of too much food. So when your plate lands, you might think I'm being unfair. $21 for a lobster roll is excessive. Even Linda Bean, who had smokin' rolls while she had her Delray incarnation of her restaurant here, was charging $18. Again, though, since apparently the seniors who drop in here are not on their last nickel, they're getting it, so I guess more power to you until that train moves on to the next new watering hole. I ordered the Spanakopita special. This one was so overcooked that I couldn't cut through the phyllo dough with a knife. It just bent and the whole thing came apart. Even after taking the top layer off I had to hack through it to cut it. That is a level of carelessness that shouldn't happen. The salad side came with a dressing where I was told to use a napkin to shake it as the bartender pourspout would squirt. I did as instructed, but what came out was more oil than anything else, and not even a very good grade of oil at that. It made the salad rather bland. Their other big salad, loaded with fruit, is BIG, with BIG pieces of fresh fruit. So BIG, in fact, that many of the seniors were cutting up the oversized so they could get it all in their mouths. The salad needs a better tearing, and the fruit should be cut into pieces so one doesn't have to go all anaconda and stretch their jaw to eat from it. They could also stand with downsizing the portions which you'd have to be a 20 year old frat boy to get down, and downsizing the price on the menu. There is a ton of food I saw going back on plates, which should be that magic clue that it's wasteful. The owner/chef is about and very much on-hand. The place is busy, so he is quite happy, and seems to be falling into the trap of thinking that getting every plate right doesn't matter. It matters. I came looking for this 5-star place. It could easily be that place. When it's busy, though, make sure that there are enough waiters to get around that they know when their tables have been seated, focus on quality, not quantity, and make sure that every meal start to finish is a great experience. This, I did not find, so It gets the neutral 3-Star rating.

I loved the atmosphere here, classy and yet not too pretentious. My husband ordered the tropical french toast and I the savory crepe. We were all over my savory crepe. It was almost like a burrito loaded with savory goodness, and we loved the hollandaise sauce it came with. We asked for extra and were so pleased we did. It also came with homefries which were perfect and flavorful. There was a lovely garnish of FRESH fruit. The tropical french toast was a little disappointing. I loved the touches of obviously fresh fruit. The slices of pineapple were fresh, not from a can, and there was also strawberries and coconut. It was really just the french toast which we kept comparing to the french toast I make at home and calling it inferior. :( It tasted too whole grain? Or wasn't soaked long enough? There was just something off with the actual french toast, which for $12 is a little disappointing. However, I was definitely getting ideas for my own french toast with the presentation and ingredients. Great idea for out of town guests to get the whole tropical appeal! At any rate, overall, we enjoyed our breakfast!

Really liked this place! They serve breakfast all day every day until 4pm, the Mimosa was huge (split of champagne) and the SO said the Bloody Mary was one of the best he had. He ordered and loved the stuffed french toast, I ordered and LOVED the corned beef (two fried eggs so you can mix the yolk in!), the potatoes, which are usually an afterthought, were also outstanding. It was also the best service we've had in Palm Beach County by far. My only knock is the decor, which, frankly, is awful. A $30,000 remodel in this place would be huge.

Dune Deck is a nice breakfast/lunch restaurant located in a cute little plaza. The restaurant looks small from the outside, but it's actually pretty big and can sit a lot of people. There are also few patio tables with umbrella outside that outlook the plaza and the parking lot. This was our first time trying out this restaurant. I noticed the price is a bit higher than most other breakfast places, so I wanted to see how they are different. I ordered their tropical fruit french toast which cost around $12. When it came, there were at least 10 pieces of french toast topped with lots of fresh fruit and coconut flakes. The presentation is definitely beautiful and it looks delicious without even trying it. Upon trying it, I just think it tasted regular... and not that different. I think I was expecting a unique flavor of french toast. I do appreciate that there is abundance of food on each plate. I would come here again because the food portion is excellent and the place is clean.

Went after church..packed but was seated right away, service by Michelle was EXCELLENT. Ordered, a BLT, my friend had the grilled fish... both were very good,. My bacon was crispy, bread toasted to perfection...Peter the chef stopped to our table frequently to ask about the food & service. For dessert we had the chocolate cake with raspberry sorbet... yum. A GOOD PLACE.

Have been here a couple of times. Food is consistently very good. Bruch today was no different. Friendly waitstaff and reasonable prices. Had the feel of a deli with tables relatively close together. Omelettes and eggs are cooked well with fresh ingredients. Served with fresh fruit, home fries and toast. Home fries were delicious. One in the party ordered the lobster roll, served with suite potato fries. It was fresh and the lobster was plentiful and mayonnaise was light. Outstanding dish. Food is definitely above average. Ambiance is a little too cafeteria like for 5 stars.

I should preface this with we don't do greek food. The staff was extremely attentive but our waiter did miss an opportunity. I expressed interest in some grilled shrimp I had seen go by and when I asked about it, he laughed at me and said they weren't on a skewer as I had thought. We would have ordered it because it looked yummy. Started with tapas platter, extremely tastey and I have to say the feta was a good quality. Then we shared the beef brochett, extremely tender. The fries were cold which was disappointing, it also had a salad with a simple oil herb dressing that we liked. We would return and maybe try the breakfast which is served all day.

Stars updated because ownership responded and installed customer friendly WIFI. thank you. This local eatery has great food and great service. Like its Lantana operation, nothing but good, fresh food items for beakfast and lunch. Only thing missing in Boynton is the Ocean view.

Insanely huge portions, slow-ish service. My Mexican omelet was good, but not amazing. My fiance had the California benedict special which looked pretty good, but he wasn't overly impressed. Our server seemed to disappear on us and my date's bloody mary took almost 30 minutes to get. I think we were forgotten about and she just dropped off a watery bloody mary from the bar when we reminded her about it. It is in a huge plaza on the west side of Boynton. The plaza is nice and the food was decent, but I don't see myself making any special trips to eat here.

Great spot. Quality food. I ordered the Lobster roll...tons of meat and great tasting. My sister got Fish and chips.....which looked amazing. My lame brother got a grilled chicken breast sandwich....with truth be told...looked amazing too!! Fresh clean food and run by good people. The owner came to our table and asked how everything was, and checked on us repeatedly. Cant ask for more. Will definitely be back to enjoy this place!

After making the drive south to try another recommended diner in the area, I found my original choice was closed for a holiday. Yelp came to rescue and I found Dune Deck Mimosa Cafe as a "substitute". WOW -- what a substitute! I found myself eating the most delicious Lobster Eggs Benedict.. loaded with lobster and a decadent hollandaise sauce that topped it to perfection. What a mouth-gasm! I will definitely be back again.

Went here for Sunday brunch today- yum! We are local and usually go to Sawa sushi next door but have never eaten at Dune Deck's. My husband had a rare Sunday off work so we headed there and were surprisingly seated outside right away. The breakfast menu doesn't have anything too unique but it is seriously delicious. I had the savory crepes and my husband had San Fran eggs benedict. His eggs were cooked perfectly (nothing ruins benedict like overdone eggs) and our hash browns were crispy and flavorful. I also had a Bloody Mary which came with one olive and a bit of celery. Flavor was decent but definitely did not seem as if any alcohol was in it at all. Regardless, we still really enjoyed our breakfasts! Service was good and super friendly. Lots of regulars who knew everyone's names. We'll be back!

I've been coming here for a few years now with my folks whenever I come down to visit. The food is fresh and freshly prepared and just can't be beat. The service is top notch as well, friendly and attentive. My favorite side, with any meal, including their breakfast, is the rice. Seasoned beautifully. I've recently had the grilled catch of the day, which was mahi mahi, I've had the house burger with fries (wonderfully smokey and meaty), this morning, which prompted me to finally review this place, was the San Diego Eggs Benedict, which is made with avocado and spinach (of course subbing the sublime rice got home fries or grits). The warm avocado was so creamy and delicious.

Can't say enough good about this place! The owners and all the staff are friendly... And good! Young and energetic. The omelets are so delish, cooked the right amount and not overstuffed. The potatoes are perfection, and the fruit is a nice touch as well. We can't go too long before needing to come back!

I think that Mimosa has a quality control problem. Since last year the cooking has dropped in quality significantly. Breakfasts are poorly cooked and not the great tasting ones I remember. Barely cooked and cold eggs, wilted garnishes, dry hash browns. I'm bummed, this was one of my favorite local spots. I'm going to try once more, and if it's not improved, I will find another lunch/breakfast place.

Fantastic little hidden gem! I stumbled upon this place from another Yelpers review. I was intrigued by the nice variety on their menu for a little Breakfast/Brunch/Lunch spot. It also didn't hurt that they have Bloody Mary's & Mimosas! So, that's what drew us in but a lot of places have great menus. But this place lived up to our expectations. The menu drew us in but the fantastic food and excellent service will keep us going back. We found their portions to be generous and the prices to be fair. Something I really appreciated was even though it's a breakfast/Lunch spot it has MUCH better ambiance than the typical diner where the noise of dishes, and children and the kitchen etc. can be deafening. I ordered what is probably my favorite breakfast and normally my go to when trying a new breakfast spot if they offer it, Eggs Benedict. Even though a lot of restaurants have it on their menu there are not many places that do it well. If you bring me a plate of soaked English Muffins because the kitchen was too lazy to properly drain the eggs or if the Hollandaise is from a package when it's so easy to make, I'm not going to be a happy girl! So, when I received an enormous white plate (almost too big for the table) with perfect Eggs Benedict, fresh breakfast potatoes, and an array of unexpected fresh fruit...... I was a happy girl. The wife ordered a traditional breakfast, 2 eggs, potatoes and toast and she said the wheat bread they serve is really delicious! Definitely not standard commercial bread. It was nice thick slices and the top looked like it might be a 7 grain artisanal bread. But whatever it is, it's good. They also offer bagels as a bread option and they looked like what I want to check out on our next visit. But, aside from what we ate what we really were impressed with was how they serve their Mimosas. We both had the Tropical which is OJ, Pineapple and a splash of Grenadine and they actually bring you the small split of Champagne which allows you to pour it as you like. I really enjoyed that because the little bottle is more than you can actually use in the Mimosa. So, I left breakfast having 2 glasses of Champagne. Is there a better reason to get up on Sunday Morning? I think not! Also, the brand of Champagne they use is pretty good and perfect for Mimosas and Bellinis. After all was said and done with both our breakfasts, 2 Mimosas and both of us had coffee (incidentally even their coffee is good!) our total came to $34.00. For that......... I will definitely return again and again and again and ....... (Well you get my drift)

Just wanted to drop an update that this place worked out any kinks they may have had. They made some small changes to the menu and everything is great. They have some nice specials every day. There is however a issue with the outdoor tables. We were seated and never got a server because nobody told her that it was her table. Other people sat down without going in, so once again they had no service. The restaurant did stick a sign in the corner, but obviously they have a poor system outdoors. Nothing major. Food and service is still great.

We visited dune deck on a Friday morning for brunch. It was surprisingly busy so we were looking forward to a great experience. We chose to sit outside and I think that was our first mistake. We waited for at least 10 minutes to be seen by our server. When he did finally arrive, he had trouble making complete sentences, and seemed like he was in a rush to leave. We asked for 2 glasses of water while we reviewed the menu. The water never came... And there are no mimosas listed on the menu anywhere... This place is called dune deck MIMOSA CAFE right? When they server finally returned, he told us about the mimosas and specials. I ordered the Benedict and my guest ordered the stuffed french toast and we both ordered an original mimosa. He returned with our mimosas but still no water and left our champagne bottles directly in the sun... Thanks for the warm champagne....... When the food arrived, we again asked for the water hoping ,hoping this time he could take the time to remember. The food itself was quite tasty. My Benedict was very light and the eggs were cooked perfectly the ham was shaved and very tender. I enjoyed it. The stuffed french toast was also tasty. The warm apples and pears really give you a brunch-y feeling. The pricing was a little high for a weekday breakfast. I was surprised when our bill was over 40 dollars for 2 people. Not including gratuity. There was parking available in the plaza and the walk is fairly short. The ambiance was a little over-cheesy. I would've been happier with less decor. Overall a pretty decent place, it won't be my first brunch choice but will return someday.

The dune deck Mamosa café is reminiscent of Pennsylvania privately owned hole in the wall type restaurantswith quaint decor and extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff offering both breakfast lunch and dinner options. This morning I had their speciallobster eggs Benedict with home fries. The lobster meat was fresh they used tail and knuckles from the lobster be home fries were cooked well andvery nice size portions included on the plate was fresh fruit and lettuce and fresh tomatoes. You can tell they take great pride in the presentation of their plates and the taste of the food I highly recommend this restaurant to anybody looking to have breakfast lunch or dinner!

I am not one to normally give 5 stars, but this great little dining spot deserved the top rating. The food is amazing, expertly presented, with superb service. I had the waffle with a side of bacon. The waffle was cooked just right. Many times the waffle comes soggy in the middle. Not here. Could be the best waffle I have ever eaten. My wife and dad had the Cuban sandwich and western omelette. Both were well done, but they gave two thumbs up to the omelette. Come Hungary because the portions are huge. Special kudos to our waitress Asia. She was competent, helpful, and very friendly. Overall a great experience that I highly recommend!!!!

Convenient spot before hitting Publix. Nice patio with umbrellas. My mom loves the homemade greek yogurt that comes with honey, fresh fruit and a slice of banana bread. I opted for lunch; Greek salad with grilled chicken. Crunchy due to the celery and spicy addition of the peperocinni peppers. Thought that the service was good despite the filled patio this Black Friday.

After learning that my go to bkfst spot closed and this one emerged in its place I immediately was drawn to try it out. They have just been open 5 weeks and the place looks great inside. Serving breakfast & lunch all day and open from 7.30a - 4p It's a family owned establishment with another location just 15 min away on the 1A1 road by the beach. There's also a few tables outside for those who enjoy being baked by the sun while dining. Needless to say this wasn't for me so we dined inside. The food looked great and portions were very generous. The bkfst side of the menu had lots of goodies, with the creme brûlée french toast and fresh challah bread being my favorite. We also ordered a Caesar salad and a lobster roll. Everything has been prepared fresh and tasted outstanding. They also have mimosas, Bellinis, and other brunch favorites and of course beer! One more thing, the staff there was extremely friendly and courteous, and as it started pouring rain out, they were escorting people with their umbrella to their vehicle. I'd give them 5 stars, however their desserts were less then appetizing. I'll definitely be back here!

Had brunch here today. They do not take reservations and won't seat incomplete parties. The wait was quite long and the service was fairly slow. We did have a large party but even the water took forever. The food was decent but definitely not worth the time. I had a turkey sandwich that was decent. My husband had an omelette that he was not impressed with. Overall ok but definitely won't go out of my way to come back.

Well, they've stopped providing personal bottles for mimosas.. On this particular morning, the memory of that delicious mimosa was the primary reason for my visit so, with a sigh of disappointment, I must remove a star from my review.. Foods still good though,, so chances of coming back at some point are good, but the chance of me being Excited to come back have decreased substantially. I hope they don't decide to downgrade anything else in the future.

What a great spot! Family-owned and the owner will come say hello and chat with you. The portions are HUGE and the food is so fresh. We ordered off the menu but only because all of the specials sounded so amazing and we couldn't decide. Now that we know how good it is we can't wait to try the specials next time. Highly recommend for breakfast/brunch.

My husband and I went here Sunday morning for breakfast based off all the good Yelp reviews. Much bigger inside than we anticipated, we decided to eat indoors. If we go back, I'd like to enjoy the outdoor seating as they have tables with umbrellas in front of the restaraunt. A coffee addict, we started there, just cream and sugar for me and a cappuccino for the hubs. Both were very fresh and very good. I find it difficult to find a really fresh cup of coffee when out for breakfast. For our meals, I ordered the tropical french toast and my husband had the egg omelette sandwich. They arrived pretty quickly and in generous portions. My french toast came with shredded coconut which I asked to have sprinkled lightly as the server said it makes the dish really sweet; it came with no coconut at all. I am not sure how it would have added to the toast anyway so I didn't ask for any. From an honest french toast fan, it was a little dry. The fruit, while generous, was not entirely fresh and the toast definitely needed syrup. My husband seemed to like his egg sandwich, but really, that's tough to mess up. His also came with a side of fresh fruit which he seemed to enjoy. I think if we went back we would try some of the recommended food from fellow Yelpers. In fairness, I'd give it a 6 out of 10.

Had a lovely long brunch with my sisters and family friends. We had a baby, were very spread out, and had lots of separate checks BUT our waiter was amazing attentive nonetheless. It's a family-friendly place, well priced and they had a full and delicious menu.

My wife and I ate outside here for a weekend brunch. It was not very crowded at 10 on a Sunday, and the staff was super friendly (I saw them great many regulars by name, and even help someone too and from their car). Old school classy. The food was great. Huge portions with lots of fresh fruit on the side. I had a great omelette of the menu, but the French toast sounded great as well. They had a ton of specials, as well. "Where's the bathroom?" "Down the hall, first door on the left or last on the right. You want the scenic route, open the back door, take a right, and there's a bush." Felt like I was back in NJ, which is a good thing.

To me, what put this place over the top, was the outstanding service. Both of our servers were extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful. We kept tweaking our order and the never had a problem with our changes. They were both also great at making suggestions and small talk too. The manager was also great. We were eating outside and a workman was spray painting a few stores away, The odor was pretty strong. She came out and convinced him to stop until we were done. I guess we could have moved inside but it was such nice day to sit outside especially since I had just arrived from the cold NE. Besides the service, there is a lot more to like about this place. It's mostly bistro style dishes; old breakfast favorites done up with an extra flair or two. I thoroughly enjoyed my french toast as well as the unfinished remains of my sister's cheese and spinach omelet. I looked forward to going back and trying their stuffed french toast next time.

We had an absolutely stellar breakfast here last Sunday. I was so pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and top notch service. We came in around 9 AM, and the restaurant was about half full; by the time we left every table was taken. We were waited on by a very professional and sweet young woman named Melissa who gave us excellent service. Everyone was very attentive - even the hostess came by to make sure everything was ok and our coffee cups and water glasses were never empty. We had a hard time deciding on what to order - they made it difficult with offerings like lobster eggs Benedict and creme brulee French toast, but we finally decided to have two different omelettes on the breakfast special - the Greek omelet with gyro meat, feta, tomato and onion and the Spanish omelet with chorizo, salsa and crispy tortilla strips. Both came with home fries, fresh fruit, and bread (we had English muffins). We really appreciated that our waitress asked if we wanted our home fries well done. Both omelettes were huge and incredibly tasty. Whoever thought to put gyro meat in an omelette had the right idea. The home fries were crispy and delicious. The portions were big enough that we took half our meals home and ate them later in the day. I don't think I'll be venturing much further anymore when I want to go out for breakfast....

We tried Dune Deck's for the first time a couple weeks ago and were very impressed. I had the breakfast croissant sandwich and my boyfriend had the corned beef hash- both were delicious. The service was fast and friendly and our favorite part was that there was no wait on a Saturday morning for a table. We will definitely be back.

This place was absolutely amazing! We went on a Saturday, and it was not too crowded. Start off with a mimosa or bellini. I had a bellini - delicious! We ordered the Nova Benedict (on a pumpernickel bagel), eggs benedict, spanish omelet, and the amazing creme brûlée french toast. It was amazing! We also had the french beignets which very yummy for a sugary little breakfast dessert. I definitely pick this place as our local brunch place - it delivers on quality, service, and isn't too crowded like a lot of other places are.

Great friendly service. The staff is very attentive. The portions are good. I had the savory crepes filled with eggs, cheese, and veggies. It came with a side of hollandaise sauce. The grits were ok. You can create your own omelet and they have specials that aren't on the menu. I would go back to try their lobster roll or the lobster eggs Benedict.

Excellent lunch today. 2 had the florentine omelette and loved it. I had crab cake Benedict which was delicious. My fav was not on the blackboard today--filet Oscar Benedict. Lobster Benedict is a close second though. Grouper was fish of the day...looked yummy too. Blackboard specials are always great. Give it a try.

I went there for breakfast on a Sunday. I had the breakfast crepes and they were very filling. The food is made to order and maybe you wait a little longer but it is worth it. Great coffee too! Not cheap but not too expensive either.

This has become our go to breakfast and brunch spot on the weekends. I LOATH waiting in lines so walking up and getting a table immediately is a huge plus for us. The staff is very friendly but it is not a quick stop, so save that for Denny's. It won't be the cheapest breakfast that you've ever had either, but well worth a little extra $. The food is awesome - don't skip the home fries!

Breakfast for six and everyone raved about the food...so delicious! Highly recommended for pancakes, French toast, omelets, corned beef hash and ribeye and eggs... The manager, Libby made sure everyone had everything they needed and beverages were always refilled. Can't miss...if you don't like this place, You must be cheap and not like good food...I'll be back often!

Good food and excellent service. When was the last time that every employee coming past your table took the time to say "good morning"? A must try!

Okay. Wow. I usually only give 5 stars if I'm blown away, but I wish I could give 6 for this place. Here's why. First off, the staff was accommodating above and beyond the norm. We were checked on multiple times, and we just felt at home. The restaurant is sparkling clean and tidy, and the subtle pastel colors give it a relaxing beachy feel. The food: incredible. Portions are big! I got the western omelet (nearly 12 inches long), which was fluffy and very tasty. I ordered it with a full bagel, plus a side of fruit, plus their delicious home fries (all included), which was enough to easily feed a big guy just out of college. The side of bacon was crunchy and thick, perfectly cooked. One of the members of our table ordered the Creme Brule french toast. It was stacked about 3-4 inches high (dang) and was hot, soft, and just amazingly flavorful. The syrup on the side wasn't even necessary, it tasted so good by itself. In addition, it was the birthday of a guest in our group, and they brought out beignets with a candle just for her! (Surprise surprise - they were good too). Overall, I really have no choice but to give a 5. We're going to return to order from the lunch menu, because it looked great as well. If you're anywhere nearby, you're missing out if you don't try this place! P.S. I forgot to mention the pricing. Each breakfast meal was only $10-15 if I recall, and for the amount of food you get it's a steal. Also note: it's not open after 4, it's a breakfast and brunch place only.

Ordered eggs/bagel. The eggs were cooked perfectly and not greasy. The bagel chewy/crunchy. Home fries hot/tasty and all the fruit was fresh. Service was attentive, coffee always filled and hot. $5.25???? So inexpensive for a tasty plate! We'll be back because the waffles & French toast looked yummy!

Awesome food, great selection, and very friendly staff! Great hash, nice healthy salads, great BLT (my son gave it a 9.8 out of 10!). Corned beef hash was INCREDIBLE!

Another solid breakfast here in boynton beach area. They have 3 five dollar breakfast specials and all include free coffee for all. My two egg special looked more like 4 eggs and served with a crunchy set of home fries which had peppers. The bagel was also included and a perfect shmear. Tried the French Toast and that was also tasty. Fast service too.

Love this place. I must say I only eat here for breakfast but the good is consistent and always amazing. Portions are nicely sized and the home fries are incredible. Great omelets too. The place is super clean and has such a nice happy vibe to it. The staff is very friendly and courteous too.

Good breakfast!! Came here for brunch with my grandparents and their cousins. My grandma and I shared the French toast, grandpa, had the 2 egg with potatoes, bacon, and a bagel. Pancakes were also ordered, and another 2 egg breakfast. All was very good. Service was good too. I would come back next time I'm here visiting.

I thought this place was very good. The coffee was fresh and the menu mixed staple items with some original pieces. Hubs got the Creme Brulee french toast and thought it was very good. I had the gyro omelette and jeez that thing was huge! I could barely finish half. Overall, it's a sweet little joint and a nice treat on the weekend.

Please note that this place is NOT to be confused with the Dune Deck cafe which is located on a dune.....on a deck.....on a beach....in Lantana. It's in a strip mall, west of 95, on the N/W corner of Woolbright and Jog. Locatiinally, it's as exciting as it sounds. The food was decent and reasonably priced. I went with lady friends, one of which had a 10 month old baby who was well received by both the employees and other patrons (= baby friendly environment). I ordered a Bloody Mary. Standard, nothing to write home about. They wouldn't allow me to switch the vodka for tequila (Maria instead of Mary which I MUCH prefer) but it wasn't a big deal. My lady friends had two types of French toast, one stuffed and one not. They both appeared happy with their order. I had an egg white omlette with jalapenos, ham and mushrooms. The egg white was a dollar upcharge that I'm happy to pay for the option. The omlette was great....visually pleasing, fluffy and large which I know is sometimes hard to make happen with whites. Omlettes come with home fries or hash browns (not sure which, can't remember!) but I switched them out for tomato slices (they were happy to do it) and "fresh fruit" which was a few grapes and a slice of cantaloupe....grapes were good. Cantaloupe was flavorless. Good experience for the reason we went.....it was close to the home of the mom/baby duo we brought with us. There IS outside eating space but again....no dune, no deck....strip mall.

I have been worKing in the area for about a Month, so having lunch daily. I have to say this is a Nice concept but they are alittle pricey, and they only accept cash payments. Service is slow unless Ashley is your server or bar tender. She if accurate, remembers you and proficient. Food it's ok. I the beach so a plus. :) if you stop in, ask for Ashley.

I really liked this place. When I walked in I knew this place would have good service. The first thing I realized was the pretty pictures on the wall! We got the waitress Ashley. She was very nice! We went at breakfast so I got waffles and bacon! It was let me just say YUM!! My sister got the crepe. It was really good. Definitely eat here!

Great breakfast. Personally I think the crème brûlée French toast is much better at the original dune deck. Outside dining so you can bring your dog.

I took my dad here for brunch. Although it was packed (on a TUESDAY mid-morning), we got great service. Food was delicious and came very quickly. Eggs benedict was perfect, one of the best I have had. I would definitely come again.

I just visited Mimosa Cafe this afternoon for lunch and really impressed all around. Our server was very friendly and explained the breakfast and lunch specials very well. We started with the unsweetened mango iced tea, which was delicious. I love when restaurants have unsweetened, flavored iced tea. I'm a cheap sucker for that. My mom got the nova eggs benedict, and I got the greek salad with mahi mahi. There were no problems with my requested modifications (no peppers, dressing on the side, etc). The menu has a great variety of breakfast and lunch items ranging from light dishes to gyros to entrees. The food came out and was a generous portion and absolutely delicious. Our server was very attentive, and who I think was one of the owners stopped by to see how we were doing. Everyone was friendly, the decor inside was inviting, and we're already planning on going back for brunch on Sunday. I hope this restaurant survives in this area.

A wonderful family restaurant. Service was great, making sure all needs were met. The challah French toast almost looked too good to eat, but everyone chipped in to finish off every last bite. Family also loved the omelette, scrambled eggs and croissant sandwich. Best breakfast in the city.

Oh my goodyness! I'm so glad I came here today with the hubster. We had a nice Sunday breakfast sitting outside enjoying the breeze somewhat. I got the creme brulee french toast while he got the bacon, onion, and cheese omelette with a side of home fries and toast. It was too pretty to eat, so that's why we took pictures of the food before we ruined it. We filled our bellies up and made ourselves quite happy. The staff came out continuously to make sure we were satisfied with our order and had our glasses filled up with our drinks. They thanked us and welcomed us to come back for more. The hospitality was delightful! There is another location in Lantana that is located on the water that we haven't been to yet and I'm sure we will one day. However, this location is so dangerously close to our house that I'm afraid we are going to start coming here more often and stuffing our faces with the delicious food they offer. Nom nom nom!

A very enjoyable place for a late breakfast early lunch on a weekend. Food was very good, wait staff especially the hostess were friendly and accommodating. Ate outside on the patio with a small dog. Ordered 2-eggs and home style potatoes and a chicken gyro. The over-medium eggs were as expected, the gyro was large and tasty, order the tizitki sauce on the side.

A few weeks ago, while on my way to my favorite Japanese restaurant, I decided to make a U-turn into the Mimosa Café, which was right next door to the Japanese restaurant. What I saw was pleasant- quaint European-style outdoor seating, with a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The indoor seating area was much larger, with an on-premise bakery. I was greeted by the friendly hostess who explained the menu to me and pointed out some of the dishes. It looked great! The prices were reasonable. So after a few weeks, I decided to try the place last Saturday. I don't know...I went at 1 o'clock. I guess that was MY fault. The place was PACKED, with a majority of the customers being septuagenarians and octogenarians. Understandably, the overworked staff was very busy. Consequently, the service was slow, the restroom was atrociously dirty, and my WINE GLASS was dirty! This was not my idea of a relaxing dining experience. But enough about the circumstantial details. I first got the Mediterranean appetizer plate, a generous selection of tomatoes, cucumbers, Greek olives, pepperoncino peppers and Feta cheese. Although the veggies were fresh, with the cheese and olives nice and briny, the plate came with what tasted like a bowl of ranch dressing, instead of the traditional yoghurt-based Greek tzatziki sauce. Also, the pita bread, I'm guessing home-made, did not match up to the pita served at real Greek restaurants. I then ordered the grilled calamari plate. It was served on a bed of spinach, garlic and olive oil. The way the waiter explained it, it sounded like something very special. But as it turned out, it was oily and tasteless. (I guess they cut out the salt to accommodate the clientele.) I could only finish half the food. After draining my glass of wine, I got the check, and beat a hasty retreat to the restaurant next door (Sawa) where I was able to salvage my Saturday afternoon with a very pleasant secondary dining experience. In conclusion, perhaps if I had gone when the place was not so busy, I might have enjoyed the atmosphere more. The service might have been better. As for the food, I was not impressed. Perhaps, if I was to try some other dishes, I might have a more favorable opinion. But, frankly, I don't want to take that chance.

Spot on breakfast food with generous portions and reasonable prices. Creme brûlée French toast is tasty but very sweet. Nova Benedict and Nova sandwich are also very good. Home fries are crispy and the service is friendly and attentive.

Found this place on yelp, looking for a close by restaurant to have Sunday brunch. It was delicious! Nice, family owned and operated cozy place. Started off with a mimosa that they make at the table with cute little sparkling bottles! I had the croissant egg sandwich with bacon, it was so fresh and tasted great. Would definitely recommend the mimosa cafe to anyone!

I wanted to ADORE this small, clean, friendly, family owned restaurant more than I did, but I liked it a lot anyway, despite a few minor misses. The restaurant was extremely clean, hostess was quick to welcome us & seat us, making sure I was happy with our seating as I used a walker, & moved us quickly to a table served by Melissa, a waitress recommended by another Yelper. Melissa was indeed delightful & friendly, & loves working here; she said she was treated like family, like a princess, loves her job & the atmosphere, & everything about this place...then told us that EVERYTHING IS HOMEMADE!! ...except the ketchup?! With that said, she asked us if we knew what we wanted to drink, brought the drinks back swiftly, then told us the specials of the day (which were written on a board), let us know we had many options they would be happy to accommodate, then gave us a minute, or two, to make our choices, & then took our order. My husband wanted a simple Albacore tuna sandwich on homemade rye bread, & a side of HM potato salad. The plate also came with HM cole slaw. I had wanted Challah French Toast on the way to brunch, but the menu had HM corned beef hash with 2 eggs & HM "breakfast potatoes." I requested the CB Hash & potatoes to be well-done, & the eggs to be poached or easy over - the yolks to be runny, but the eggs white NOT runny! And the HM onion bagel toasted. It took longer than I hoped or anticipated, almost half an hour to get our food. My husbands Albacore tuna sandwich on HN Rye bread was fine, being a little dry for him, but our waitress brought the extra mayo requested. Unfortunately, I wasn't as happy with my selection as I should have been. The CB Hash was very dry, thou I know I requested it well done. The eggs, however, were so well done that there was no visible yolk. The waitress offered to take them back as soon as she put them on the table, realizing that they were not as I ordered them. I stressed that I wanted runny yolks & not runny whites. The food was well plated, with a few slices of fresh tomato, a small wedge of fresh cantaloupe, & some red grapes as well. She took back the eggs & brought out my bagel, with burned onions on top, & again, said, "if this is too well done, there's no problem in taking it back." I was tired of complaining, so took a chance since I was hungry & the hash was dry without the runny egg yolks - and I was waiting. But even the HM & delicious cream cheese couldn't help the burned onion taste. So, as Melissa brought out two more eggs, I had her take back the bagel. I was hungry; REALLY HUNGRY. I put the eggs onto my platter & carefully cut around the yolk so it wouldn't start running before I wanted it to - a small obsession - but, there was very little yolk to protect, & by now, the dry hash was cold. The breakfast potatoes, which were also requested 'well done', we're small chunks of fresh cooked potato with skins on. They were tasteless & dry, though not greasy, but with no seasonings at all. The new onion bagel arrived, & my main meal now, was a bagel with cream cheese & jelly (not HM). This, I think, is the kind of place we'll come back to again, & again, until we know exactly which dishes we love & which ones to forget. We didn't have a chance to taste some of the daily specials, including the fresh lobster roll ordered by the table next to us which looked VERY good, (confirmed) & the soups of the day -- Navy Bean or Cream of Asparagus. We saw the bean soup, which was thick & heavily filled with large chunks of pork or beef. Melissa was a great waitress & all of the wait staff was very friendly & fast, accommodating & professional; the owner(s) did come around to check that we were satisfied with everything. The flatware was EXTREMELY CLEAN - not even a hint of a water spot! The food was very fresh, I think I may have selected one of their less-than-stellar dishes. Next time, we'll go for lunch, perhaps sit outside (though you face a parking lot), & try something prepared as the chef suggests, i.e. not asking for 'well done' etc. I'll post an updated review. I hope next time will be as good as I'm STILL hoping for.

We sat outside on a Saturday morning and it was nice and peaceful. we sat down and three waiters came outside and went back inside before a waitress asked if someone had taken our drink order. We said no and ordered two waters and two coffee's. This is the part that kept us from giving the place 5 stars.....what turned out to be our waiter appeared and seemed miffed that someone else had taken our drink order and began quizzing us....was it a girl, what did she look like, how long ago? Hey, I want breakfast not an episode of Five-0. We had the New Orleans omelet which came with great bread, fruit and home fries or grits. The meal was delicious and was on our table rather quickly. Nice job. We were offered a refill on coffee 2 minutes after getting our coffee (still too hot for more than a sip) and we declined but were never asked again. We had two mimosa's with two single serve champagne bottles which was fine but the bottles were not bussed away during the entire meal. Our waiter came back to tell us his side of the drink story, which was bothering him way more than us but it was a sideshow that a customer need not be a part of. No drama for breakfast please. We like the food but our service was D- but we'll try it again to make our mind up. The food was too tasty to not return.

Mimosa Café is mix between a TooJays, Breakfast Nook, and a Deli. Most of the Patrons are retirees that surround the area. The food was fresh and very good. I will definitely have to try some more entrees. Overall a good experience. My negatives would be I had a side of fruit and I wasn't a big fan of the two large pieces of watermelon. Would have preferred more of a variety and it cut into manageable pieces. The workers seem to congregate around the computer in the back too much. Possibly a lack of computers in general and I could see this really slowing up service if it was a busy morning. Not sure if the owner or head cook, possibly both, also sits in the back at a table, but he seems to be causing some of the delay as well, but I did watch him yell at waiter about refilling a drink that he noticed sitting empty. Lastly price is on the steep side, a few dollars less I would have no issues. Overall a good experience and will try more fresh food.

They have a varied menu, and served generous portions at reasonable prices. The only problem we had was getting toasted English Muffins. It took 3 attempts before the muffins were simply put on the grill, and then one was burnt. The wait staff was accommodating as was management The entrees were good, an omelet for me; steak & eggs for my wife, were tasty so I'm sure we'll go back there again.

This is Boynton Beach's best kept secret. Why we didn't hear about dune deck mimosa cafe sooner is crazy because everything about this place is fantastic. The food, the service, the staff, the ambiance, the location, everything is just perfect. Sat outside in the shade of the umbrella topped table. Started off with a Bellini you get your own champagne split, a glass of peach juice w/fresh fruit on the rim, and pour champagne as you like so it's just right. Picked gazpacho and prince Edward mussels for the Appetizers and both were freshly made the same day. Mussels had arrived that very morning. Gazpacho was so delicious just like in Spain except for not chunky. You could taste the fresh tomato/cucumbers it was refreshingly cool bursting w/flavor. The mussels were in white wine sauce that comes with bread for you to dip into sauce. They were so delicious. We shared the rib eye steak sandwich (huge) which was cooked to perfection and came with a remoulade sauce. Sweet potato fries were tasty and not greasy just right. The entire staff was friendly and they all made sure we enjoyed our meal. Super nice people. We'll be returning with the rest of the family to try the breakfast menu. Really great menu items to choose from for everyone. Highly recommend this restaurant. It's freshly made food and it's superb. The prices are reasonable too. It won't surprise me to see them featured on the food network soon on one of their shows because they are overall Fabulous!

Great experience! Fresh, quality food with mimosas mixed for you at your table. Great little brunch place... may just be my new favorite in Boynton. They even added a very nice touch by surprising us with a chocolate mousse to share, on the house. Classy! I dig this place.

My new favorite breakfast place! Love the beach location too. It's the same menu. I had crab eggs benedict, hubby had Athena omelette and kids had teddy pancakes with chocolate chips. Everything was delicious and great service. Only complaint was coffee not great, but food and service made up for it. Definitely recommend!

This place is great! We grabbed some breakfast here while visiting the area and were pretty blown away by how good the experience was from beginning to end. Our waiter was very good and knew the menu as if it were a computer chip somewhere in his memory bank. He suggested the New Orleans Omelette, which happened to be on special that day, so my wife ended up getting it. It was busting with flavor and I would highly recommend it if you like things that are good. It's also very filling, as I ended up being asked to help finish it. The food is fresh, the place is clean, the prices are completely doable, and the staff really puts in some effort from what I can tell.

As I had hoped, all the kinks have been worked out of this fine establishment and it is worthy of high praise. My wife and I dine there regularly and we really appreciate the quality food and great, friendly service. Dune Deck's Mimosa Cafe is a rare gem in the otherwise bleak restaurant scene in West Boynton.

I loved this place and so did my boyfriend. Its very pretty and has a nice atmosphere. We saw that another yelper commented about the staff asking how everything was. We made a game out of it and got great service at the same time. The eggs were fantastic. The dishes we each got came with fresh fruit, a bagel and awesome home fries that were cooked with green and red peppers. We liked it so much we went back the next day and it was again awesome.

My friends and I tried this cafe for the first time this morning. The server was excellent but the food left a lot to be desired. I ordered the pick your own fillings omelet - $2.00 more than if you ordered one of the listed omelets. It was dry and barely edible. The potatoes were not crispy as we ordered them. All of my friends had the same problems with their food. Since part of our party got there at 10:05 we could not get the special breakfast prices. There are so many delis in the area that have better food at cheaper cheaper prices that there is no reason to go to The Mimosa Cafe.

Service is horrible. It took over an hour and a half to get our food. People sat down after us received their food before us. I had to ask three times for silverware and when it finally was brought to us the person literally tossed in on the table. The waitress never stopped by our table to refill our drinks and ignored us the entire time. I do not recommend and will not return.

Hello! Just came back from eating at Dune Deck Mimosa Cafe in Boynton Beach. I usually get the egg white omelet with a few items inside. My husband always gets the Stuffed French Toast and loves it!! The portions are very adequate. I sometimes have to take some of the food home. I have never had a bad meal there. They bend over backwards for you. Coming around to fill your coffee is always a plus. We have breakfast at least 2 times a week here, and have never had a problem with the servers. I suggest the people that are complaining go back again and try it - believe me it is well worth it. If you have a problem - then tell them. Talk to Libby or Daisy, or whoever shows you to the seat. People on this side away from the water should not complain that the prices are higher than the water location. This is a brand new establishment and new restaurants are going to be a little higher. During the week - they have specials and Mon - Fri up to 10 AM there isn't any charge for the coffee. I live in Delray - and noticed that lunchtime they had lots of different items on special today. Try this place - I guarantee you will like it. Carole W.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. When I walked in the door, the hostess noticed my laptop bag and immediately offered me a table by the wall, right next to an electrical outlet. I don't think I have ever encountered such an observant and thoughtful restaurant hostess. I ordered the Country Greek Salad, which was wonderful. It's like a traditional Horiatiki salad plus chunks of boiled potato, and it's the best Greek salad I have ever eaten outside of Greece. It was so large, I couldn't finish it. The salad came with some excellent, warm pita bread. I also had a mimosa, which came with a small bottle of good champagne, so I could mix it myself, according to my taste. What a special touch! The service was fast and friendly. The total bill was $21 including tax.
